By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or placing an order for live animals, you agree to the following terms and legal conditions.

Research Required: You confirm that you have thoroughly researched and understand the basic husbandry and care requirements for the specific species you are ordering prior to making your purchase.
No Post-Arrival Guarantees: We cannot guarantee long-term health or survival outcomes once animals are placed into a new environment. Moss & Mandible is not responsible for losses due to improper care, incompatible housing, or environmental conditions after delivery.

Assumed Risk: Handling, housing, and caring for live exotics and invertebrates carries inherent risks (including bites, stings, escapes, or allergic reactions). You assume all risks associated with the possession and care of the animals.
No Liability: Moss & Mandible, its owners, and its affiliates (including Ellridge Photography) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, medical expenses, or property damage resulting from the handling, escape, husbandry, or behavior of any animals purchased from us.

All site content, designs, and product photography are the sole property of Moss & Mandible and Ellridge Photography.

No Commercial Use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our original photography for commercial purposes (such as listing your own products for sale, advertising, or website content) without express written permission.
Social Media & Sharing: You are welcome to repost our photos on personal social media accounts for hobbyist sharing, provided you clearly credit and tag @MossAndMandible and/or @EllridgePhotography and do not alter the image or crop out watermarks.
Takedown Policy: Unauthorized commercial use of our images will result in an immediate DMCA takedown request.

Adults Only: By placing an order for live animals, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the explicit permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian) and are legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement.

Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inventory inaccuracies at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order). If an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from your purchase or use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

Policy Changes: Policies may be updated at any time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review current policies before purchasing.
